Director of Photography

 

Studied at the Cinematography Faculty of VGIK in the workshop of Vadim Yusov. Has worked as a documentary cinematographer for the Dutch TV channel RTL 4. Then he has worked in the music and advertising industries. As D.o.P. he has shot more than 100 musical and advertising videos for the global and domestic brands. 

 

His debut in film came in 1997 with the film «Middle Aged Crisis» by Garik Sukachev. Now his filmography includes more than 20 films as D.o.P. Among them are: «Goddess: How I Fell in Love» by Renata Litvinova, «The State Counseloor» by Phillip Yankovsky, «12», «Burnt by the Sun 2» and «Sunstroke» by Nikita Mikhalkov, «Selfie» by Nikolai Khomeriki, «The Student» and «Summer» by Kirill Serebrennikov and others.

 

More than ten times works by Vladislav have been nominated for the main Russian film awards. In 2015 he was awarded a «Golden Eagle» and received a prize for the Best Cinematography at the Shanghai Film Festival. In 2017 his work in the film «Hostages» by Rezo Gigineishvili was recognized and given the Best Cinematographer award at the «Kinotavr» Film Festival.
