JORGE CARAVOTTA

Jorge G. Caravotta is a medical doctor with a master's degree in sexual and reproductive health. His career began as a volunteer doctor in Peru during the cholera epidemic in 1991.
Since then, he has participated in various humanitarian missions in countries such as Angola, Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Venezuela, Ecuador, India, Nepal, and Iraq, excelling in emergency contexts and humanitarian coordination.
In addition to his extensive experience in public health, Jorge has developed a notable career as a photographer and cinematographer from an early age. He has directed documentaries reflecting his missions and experiences in the field, such as "Making God - The Ganesha Festival" in India and "Second Life – From Darkness to Life," exploring themes of culture, healing, and human resilience in diverse cultural environments and adverse situations.
