TERRA DI NESSUNO

In the middle of the old continent, and on the edge of is own country, Trieste looks like its people: confused by the wind, facing the mountains, and attracted by the open sea.

Bilijana, Alessandro, Adama and Lisa are living here, in the reflection of that harbor, in which appears an Europe worried by the future. 

In this border zone, these four young people fight against their everyday life and choices they made in the past.

JEAN BOIRON-LAJOUS

 

Studied film and graduated from the University of Lille 3 and Aix-Marseille, in France. He made «La mémoire et la mer», a documentary produced by the Aix-Marseille university with the help of the INA (selected in the FID festival in Marseille, 2013), and the videos «Une personne-une ligne», produced by Lieu Fictifs and the INA, and «Marseille en mouvement», produced by Cinémémoire and the Aix-Marseille university. He was an assistant director for the Zeugma Films production company (for Amin Maalouf on the movie «Origine», and Sylvie Crossman on «Créer résister»), but also with Agnès Varda (on the movie «Agnès de-ci de-là Varda», and the photos exhibitions «Les Bouches-du-Rhônes»), and for Alain Bergala on the movie «Sous la mer un monde».
