PUNCH OF LIFE

Former boxer Gregory Canelón gives himself with high commitment and dedication to the demanding task of training a diverse group of boys and girls from the most populous communities of the city of Caracas in the arduous discipline of boxing. The lives, fears and hopes of his young students are woven in a deep and inspiring way in Gregory's intimate struggle to achieve redemption, to resize the traumas of the past and thus overcome the uncertainty that the future implies for all.

Their audiovisual work has received several international recognitions and awards and participated in festivals in various parts of the world.

Punch of life presents a story of redemption. A man burdened by the mistakes of his father and his own, unexpectedly finds a vocation, a mission in life. Virtually blindly he stumbles upon his fellow man, inevitably represented in that group of young athletes so in need of guidance, love and attention. In this way, the man, who is a summary of many others, begins to create alternatives for change that lead him to aspire and fight for all the best that he can deliver to those many children that destiny has placed in his path.

Golpe de Vida presenta una historia de redención. Un hombre agobiado por los errores de su padre y los suyos propios, encuentra sin esperarlo una vocación, una misión en la vida. Prácticamente a ciegas se tropieza con su semejante, inevitablemente representado en ese grupo de jóvenes atletas tan necesitados de orientación, amor y atención. De esa forma el hombre, que es un resumen de muchos otros, comienza a crear alternativas de cambio que lo conducen a aspirar y luchar por todo lo mejor que puede entregar a esos numerosos hijos que el destino a puesto en su camino.
