To some, he is a criminal, to some – a national hero. But first of all, he is a desperate father, whose daughters have been forcibly taken from him. To reunite with them, Denis has to come up with a daring plan and convince the authorities that he is fit to take care of his beloved children.
Yulia Bobkova was born in Krasnodar. In 2018 she graduated from the Russian State University of Cinematography, Sergei Miroshnichenko’s documentary directing workshop. In 2017 she joined Ostrov Studio in Moscow where she works as a director, writer, and editor. She runs both art and TV projects. Among her films are Vladimir Central (2023), 48 Hours. Julian Rachlin and Denis Matsuev in Moscow (2021), and Stanislavski. Lust for Life (2020).
