I keep looking into myself if Madrid is my city. I came here more than 7 years ago from a place 9546 km. far away from here. With the daylight I feel foreigner no matter nobody can tell unless I speak.
SERGIO GARCÍA LOCATELLI
Born in Peru in 1978. He holds a Communication Science degree from Lima University and has studied Documentary Filmmaking and Screenwriting in Spain. García has produced and directed a number of short documentaries. In 2009 he released the documentary short “Internal Outskirts” a city symphony with Lima as the main character. Founder of A look to the South, A Peruvian Film Exhibition, festival that screened Peruvian films in Madrid, Barcelona and Budapest. Founder of the production and distribution company “Quechua Films” based in Madrid and Cusco. Selected at Talent Campus Bs As. Teacher of Iberoamerican Documentary workshop at San Antonio Abad University. Selected at Bolivia Lab with a documentary project. At the moment García is working on feature documentary in advanced development “Take a Walk” and other in early development “Pisco, back for Good”.
