One of the organizers and active participants of the Information and Computer Technologies Industry Association (APKIT). George Gens was born 5 October 1954 in Moscow. Holds a degree in Economic Cybernetics, Department of Economics, Lomonosov Moscow State University. Collects rare books with engravings, etchings by well-known artists as illustrations (Livre d'artiste).  They are regularly exhibited at the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts, the Central Exibition Hall Manezh and other major Russian museums.
